My Wyoming Winter Adventure

This past January I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Wyoming and visit the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Park.  It included travel time 4 days of photo workshop in the Grand Tetons,  a few days at Yellowstone and travel time back all during some heavy duty winter weather.

Our trip started early as there was a winter storm moving in and we wanted to be north of the worst so up into Nebraska we went.  We made our way across Nebraska into Wyoming stopping at several nice areas along the way as we could as the snow did fall and roads got hazardous.  Our main destination was the Grand Tetons. We enjoyed our trip there but wow were the Tetons  an amazing area.

The snow had been a little late in arriving so much of the wildlife hadn't come down from the mountains yet but we still found plenty to enjoy.  It certainly made of for it snow wise as we got about 25 inches in about 4 days.  I had wanted to photograph buffalo in the snow and I certainly got my chance.  We drove around alot on the Jackson Hole and went into the Grand Tetona National Parks also.  We go to see moose, big horn sheep, elk and trumpeter swans and of course the views were phenomenal!

I will be adding more stories and videos of my adventures in Wyoming so stay tuned.  If you would like a sneak peak of some of my fun - below are some short reels from my trip, I will have some longer videos soon.
